Pet Policy – Welcoming Your Furry Friends!
Ovation 309 is a pet-friendly community! We welcome both cats and dogs with the following guidelines:
- Pet Rent: $65 per pet, per month
- Maximum Pets: 2 per unit
- Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds are restricted—please contact the leasing office for details
- No Weight Limit: All sizes are welcome
