Lived here for 3 years during my time in Wisconsin. I cannot say enough great things about it. The spaces were always clean and orderly, and my apartment never had any issues. As I was preparing to move out, the staff helped make sure every detail was squared away. I'm glad and grateful I got to call this place home for a while!

Super nice place to live - secure and gorgeous! Very quiet building (solid concrete) , and great location just off State Street - lots of dining and entertainment close by, along with groceries, dog park, bike paths and the University!

I have been so pleased from the start with Ovation. This building is in the perfect location, the building itself is stunning, and everyone who works there is great. The leasing specialist made the move-in process go so smoothly! ... Tami, who works at the front desk is also great! It always brightens my day when I get to talk with her as I’m walking in/out of the building! Can’t recommend this apartment complex enough!
